Jennifer Wax, M.D. is chief resident in Neurology at UW Medical Center.
Dr. Wax believes patients have the best opportunity for recovery when their concerns are heard and they are able to work with their providers in a collaborative environment.
Dr. Wax earned her M.D. from Baylor College in Houston, Texas. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Headache Society. Her clinical interests in neurology are varied, and include multimodal treatment of primary and secondary headaches, inpatient care for acute neurological problems, and neuroethics. Her research interests include structural mechanisms of headache, secondary headache, and new modalities for pain relief.
