Jenny Mensching, MOT, OTR/L, CHT, is an occupational/hand therapist at the Eastside Specialty Center.
Jenny specializes in hand therapy, rehabilitation of the upper extremity. Her focus of care is elbow, wrist and hand rehabilitation. From the first visit, she works to create a partnership with patients, educating them about their injury and involving them in therapy. She believes it is important to empower each patient to take charge of their care to create the best possible outcome.
Jenny received her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Washington in 2004. Her clinical interests include wound care, repetitive stress injury, trauma, post-surgical conditions, custom splinting and casting.
Aside from spending time with her family, Jenny enjoys teaching, cooking, exercising, outdoor activities, reading, skiing, playing tennis, swimming and volunteering.
