Dr. Azen is always very attentive and interested in me as a patient during our visits. It is always a good experience for me as a patient.

I have had one other primary care physician in my years as a UW medicine patient, that I've respected and very grateful for having as my pcp. The first pcp left the UW practice and now Dr. Azen is my current pcp who is fabulous. She listens well, and is smart!

This was my first time with this particular provider. The visit was fairly short, however, she was very thorough considering the limited amount of time we had. I felt she was well prepared for your visit and was already familiar with my circumstances before I arrived. I liked that. My only concern is that he availability is quite limited. Her first available appointment for a follow up visit was more than 3 months out. For me, that its very frustrating. I prefer to have easier access to my Dr. I will try to make this work. Unfortunately, the limited availability seems to be an issue all the why across the board and seems to be affecting all of them providers at this clinic. Typically when I wanted and appointment I need to be seen sooner than later....not 3 months from now. I am a long time patient of this clinic (over 20 years now) so I do not plan on going anywhere. However, this is a big concern for me.

I highly recommend this provider with the one exception that her schedule is very full and she has limited availability to see patients.

Dr Azen has been my dr for 6 years and is an excellent guide and caring person and I only wish I could see her more often. (though I want others to also experience her excellent care)
