Clinical, but clearly dedicated and well informed. Doctors are not my thing, and I think she was respectful of that and gave it to me straight which is what I needed. Worth the 90-minute drive to me for someone who took me and my [...] seriously despite how disjointed and stressful it was for me to talk about.

This is the first time I saw Dr Jerome-Roberts. She is very kind and very professional. I came in with thyroid issue and hair loss concern. She addressed those concerns in details and ordered labs to check on things that might be related. She didn't feel anything with my thyroid, but given my cancer history she ordered an ultrasound just to make sure. We even talked a little bit about diet that may help boost up certain vitamins to help strengthen hair and nails. Overall, I am very pleased with my visit with Dr Jerome-Roberts.
