Jaya DeElena, DNP, FNP-BC, ARNP, aims to partner with her patients to deliver high-quality scientific, evidence-based patient care that is tailored to each patient. Her approach is holistic with a focus on health education and promotion, as well as, both acute and chronic disease management. She firmly believes in treating the mind, body, and spirit as a whole and establishing health maintenance goals that promote a high quality of life.
In her spare time, Jaya enjoys anything related to the ocean (especially whale watching, snorkeling and SCUBA diving), reading fiction, traveling, spending time with her family and friends, putting together puzzles, and camping. For exercise, she loves hiking, high intensity work-outs, swimming, playing sports (basketball), and dancing.
