Doctor was attentive, pleasant, and got right to the point. He used hand sanitizer before we shook hands. Nice protocol.
The Dr had familiarity with my chart and was able to explain how I should consider my next move. He is a very professional, friendly and helpful Physician.
Dr. Is very personable and I left feeling a lot less anxious than I arrived.
I got a text message a couple of days ago to which I wrote a glowing review of both Dr, Watcherman and his nurse. I hope you can find it. The upshot was simple. They were the embodiment of medical professionalism. Knowledgeable - including the Doctor's knowledge of my medical history from 9 years and 1500 miles away. Beyond that, both were compassionate, responsive, and just generally fine human beings keeping me informed and at ease. Great people doing a great job. [...]
Dr. Wachterman was very patient with me and took great care in performing the tests my condition required. He explained what and why he was doing each procedure. He shared the results with me and explained their meaning and significance. I have complete confidence in his abilities and manner.
The UW Eastside Speciality Clinic is a treasure. We've had MRIs there, blood draws, and different types of doctor services. Dr. Wachtermann has continued the expert urology treatment Bill has been getting there for over a decade (2 previous urologists, one who retired and one who moved to a different UW Medicine locale).
Dr. W was easy to get along with.
While he was running late, he is always worth waiting for. Excellent care/concern!
I saw Dr. Jared Wachterman for the first time. He Is a very good physician. I liked the way he listened to my medical issues and concerns. I hope that in the future, appointments will be easy to visit him; this one took too long waiting to see him.
Dr. W walked me through the entire procedure--what he was doing and what to expect. That kept my anxiety levels low and increased my confidence in his facility with the procedure. I could not have had better treatment.
Dr. Wachtermsn was very thorough about addressing my reasons for seeing him and about his instructions about improving my symptoms.
Friendly and informational. Thanks.
Dr Wachterman was fantastic!! Very personable, easy to understand and listened to well. I could not be happier. I have changed all of my Doctors and specialists into UW Med because the doctors and staff are the kind of people I trust and want work with.
Dr is great, I will visit him in the fall for a follow up
I really really really liked my Provider. He listened to me!!!!
Care provider had a good bedside mannerism and involved me in making decisions.
Dr. Wachterman - this was the first time I saw him. He is an excellent communicator - very friendly and helpful. I felt confident and at home with him.
Both the doctor and the nurse are very knowledgeable and caring. I am very impressed with how efficient and effective they are. I feel very comfortable under their care.
The dr. looked at my chart and just said no [...] exam needed. I did not feel like I was checked out completely.
Dr. Wachterman's help and advice over two visits has led to major improvement in my condition. He referred me to the Men's Health clinic, where a PA and a PT, between them, appear to have completely resolved the anorgasmia issue. Additionally, on my second visit to Dr. Wachterman last week we decided to discontinue Tamsulosin, which besides being good in itself if I don't really need it, also may have helped in improving the anorgasmia issue. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Wachterman.
Dr. Wachterman did an excellent job explaining things in terms I could understand.
Both the initial nurse and the attending doctor were very professional and delivered good service.
Very nice and genial approach to patients.
