About Janice Nam Kim

Janice Kim, M.D., is a board certified radiation oncologist and disease site lead for breast cancer at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.

Dr. Kim specializes in the treatment of breast cancer. She offers several different types of radiation therapy techniques, including accelerated partial breast irradiation and other protocol options. She believes each breast cancer patient is unique and deserves a thorough and individualized discussion of radiation treatments in order to make the best possible decision.

 Dr. Kim earned her M.D. at Chicago Medical School.

Personal Interests

Dr. Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, cooking with her kids, going to the Seattle Symphony, the Northwest Ballet or catching a Broadway show.
