The provider took my concerns seriously, in that she didn't suggest I just deal with them. But she did not do a very good job of explaining what was happening with my body, what my options were, what to expect, etc. It seemed almost like I was having a follow-up conversation rather than an initial conversation. If I hadn't read a lot about what was likely going on with my body beforehand, I would have been very lost. And in general, she seemed rushed/distracted. She was compassionate during the physical exam, though.

Had never met Dr Miller before this visit, and she didn't introduce herself when she came into the exam room after a wait due to her being pulled aside by another dr in the hall. She never used my name, so I didn't know if she was talking to me or to the nurses as we went through the procedure. Her manner was brusque with me and the nurses.

Dr. Jane Miller had been my physician for many years. She saved my life more than 10 years ago and has always given me the best of care, answered my questions and always had my health as her priority for me.
