Biography

James Owens, M.D., Ph.D., is a board certified neurologist at Seattle Children’s Hospital and a UW associate professor of Neurology and Pediatric Neurology.

Dr. Owens strives to create active partnerships with his patients and their families to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Dr. Owens earned his M.D. and Ph.D. at the UW. He is triple board certified in Epilepsy, Clinical Neurophysiology and Child Neurology. His clinical interests include epilepsy, clinical neurophysiology and general child neurology. His research interests include neurological education and the clinical application of electroneurodiagnostic techniques.
