About James P. LoGerfo
James LoGerfo, M.D., M.P.H., F.A.C.P. is a board-certified physician at the Adult Medicine Clinic at Harborview, a UW professor emeritus of Medicine, and professor emeritus of Global Health.
Dr. LoGerfo enjoys working with patients to develop care plans that address their medical needs and fit their goals and preferences.
Dr. LoGerfo earned his M.D. from the University of Rochester and his M.P.H. from the UW. He has served as associate dean of UW Medicine, medical director of Harborview, UW Health Promotion Research Center director, and principal investigator for the CDC's Healthy Aging Network. He has published more than 120 peer-reviewed scientific articles and is now involved in Global Health and developing linkages between the UW and health professional training and clinical programs in Cambodia and neighboring countries.
