James Dassel provided the best care I've ever encountered in any medical system. He took the time and care to make sure history, current needs, testing and appropriate referrals were done. He noticed and addressed things other providers miss routinely.

This visit was to establish primary care. This should be the time the provider should be learning about me, my family history, and any concerns or chronic conditions I have. That barely happened. I felt like I had no time to discuss anything, the provider didn't take the time to ask leading questions, it all felt very rushed. I know I theoretically could have spoken up, but it should be up to the provider to make sure the patient feels comfortable to discuss their needs. I won't be returning so much as I can help it.
