About Ivan Rothman

Ivan Rothman, M.N., M.P.H., A.R.N.P., is a board certified urology nurse practitioner at the Men's Health Center at UWMC-Roosevelt.

Rothman specializes in male urology. His approach to patient care involves a rigorous clinical evaluation of objective signs combined with thorough interview and discussion with his patients. Combining an effort to understand the significance of patient's health problems with appropriate exams and studies helps him establish mutual health goals with his patients.

Rothman received his nurse practitioner degree as well as an M.P.H. in epidemiology at the UW. He is the primary or contributing author of a number of studies in the area of male genitourinary infection, male pelvic pain and vasectomy reversal.

Personal Interests

Rothman likes to spend his Sundays in the Cascade Mountains in Washington cross-country skiing in the winters and hiking in the summers. He and his wife volunteer time in their community and try to see their grandchildren as much as possible.
