Dr Lee is very mindful and attentive and will explain things very carefully in layman's terms when necessary (some medical jargon goes over my head).
I appreciate Dr. Lee taking me on short notice, and her attention to detail. She went above and beyond in asking questions outside of the scope of my visit trying to ensure everything went smoothly.
I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Lee and the staff at the Issaquah Clinic. It is a well run operation and everyone is great.
Dr.Lee is awesome! Answers questions and helps put me at ease.
Really nice and very impressive. Great customer service
Dr Lee took the time to thoroughly understand the problems and come up with a very proactive treatment plan for me
Dr Lee conducts the exam in a calm relaxed manner. She listens and is open to discussion of any health issues.
Dr Lee was incredibly attentive and actually listened to me. She also asked great questions to get the information she needed to prescribe the right medications.
I really like Dr Lee:She is very thorough and listens to all my concerns.
I love having Dr. Lee as my doctor. She is thoughtful and thorough. [...]
If it wasn't so far, I would want her to be my PCP!
Dr. Lee is thorough, engaged, and knowledgeable. She is the essence of what a primary care physician should be and I have complete confidence in her.
Always Good with Doc Lee
Dr Lee is the best primary care physician I have gone to in my life. She is caring, knowledgeable and listens to me.
Dr. Lee attentively listened to my history. Explained possible causes for my concerns. She referred me for further testing and explained each.
Dr. Lee is always great at discussing treatment options and the potential good/bad they have. Her answers to my questions are always informed and easy to understand. Her communication skills are very good
Dr. Lee is excellent in all of the above.
Issaquah Clinic has been my home clinic for years now. And they only GET BETTER! Grateful for each team member, from check-in to physician engagement with me. None better, period, full stop.
The Nurse Practitioner, [...] and Dr Lee are very friendly and personable. Very easy to talk to and I have zero hesitation to ask questions or voice my concerns with them.
The doctor was personable and addresses all my concerns, making me feel less worried.
She's excellent---great listener, friendly, personable. I know she's horribly busy but always gives me the time I need.
I really can't say good enough things about Dr. Lee. She listened to all my concerns and addressed them with care and attention.
Dr.Lee is helpful and provide good information
Dr. Lee was fantastic. I appreciate how thorough she was in her explanations.
Dr Lee is one of the least empathetic practitioners I have ever encountered. She is not a good partner in patient care. She may be a talented clinician, but her concern for patients is woefully inconsistent with the quality of care offered at UW. She needs additional training urgently.
For the first time in many visits I actually felt I could have a conversation with my Dr. My Dr listened to what I was doing to improve my health and support idea for continued progress. I felt un rushed and walked away with a plan to improve my health.
Dr. Lee is wonderful - not only does she listen, she cares. I always learn more about my health. She has inspired me to lose weight, take medicine, and exercise.
Dr. Lee is caring, listens well, and is easy to understand when she explains things to me. She's a great Dr and I would recommend her to anyone.
It feels like she was rushing and seems like she does not care patient that much.I am thinking to change another doctor sooner or later.
Dr Lee addressed all of the potential problems that the [...] tests identified.
My previous experience with Dr Lee wasn't great, but I was glad I gave her another chance. She was extremely helpful and engaged this appointment.
Dr. Lee is a good listener and has good suggestions. I feel so fortunate to have her as my primary care physician. [...] who is her medical assistant is also very good and easy to communicate with during the pre-visit.
The care provider offered clear explanations and made efforts to include me in decisions about treatment. We had productive discussions regarding proposed options for care. The provider showed a strong commitment to collaborative decision-making.
Dr Lee is an exceptional physician , very good listener and incredibly kind, she Is a great role model for other physicians, she reminds me of Dr Hei, who has been my physician for a long time and a great physician and a kind man!! Thanks to UW management for recruiting kind high talent physicians. Feel free to call me If you have any questions.Respectfully,Sam (...)
I've seen Dr. Lee twice now, I do not feel as though she listened to me either time and rushed me through the process. She told me upon entering the exam room that she had maybe ten minutes to see me and that she would be able to address "one, maybe two of my concerns " I asked her about my[...] and she prescribed me a prescription grade[...], and referred me to a [...]. She rushed out of the room at 10:15 while I was crying without showing any sign of sympathy aside from offering me a tissue. I know that medical professionals are in short supply, but she made me feel like I was just a customer in a busy coffee shop, in a rush to get through my order and get to the next one without much regard for my concerns.
Dr. Lee is passionate and caring. Highly recommended.
I feel so well cared for by Dr, Lee
I love my doctor - she is wonderful. She listens carefully and suggests treatments. I trust her.
Provider listened to me and I felt respected. Treated me like a partner in my care.
Excellent one time Telmed visit with Doctor in Issaquah. I do recommend UW Medicine to people.
On a couple of items I asked Dr Lee for her recommendation on options proposed - and she told me she had no opinion. I don't want to see a Doctor who won't tell me which of multiple treatment options they would do. I want someone with an opinion.
Knowledgeable and she always listens to the patient
Dr. Lee is wonderful. She listens well and her demeanor is always kind and caring. She is very knowledgeable, but will do research to find answers if needed.
Dr Lee explains things in a clear concise manner. She allows input and questions, making you feel understood and heard.
[...] and Dr. Lee. Although I realize how very busy they are and the parameters they incur, they make you feel valued vs talked down too.
Doctor was very kind, thoughtful, and compassionate.
Dr Lee is fantastic. [...]
I felt like I was bothering her by trying to discuss issues. Additionally once I read my my chart she blamed everything on my weight rather than taking my concerns to heart as a human being. I will be changing doctors because I'm not interested in somebody who passes all my issues off to someone else or just misses them because I'm overweight.
I love Dr Lee. She has an excellent demeanor, very concerned when needed and informative. I appreciate and value her advice.
Knowledgeable and kind.
