Although I understand all providers have their ups and downs, from a patient experience, Dr. Majd has consistently arrived at my appointments on time; willing to listen to any new concerns or questions I may have, is able to enhance the conversation with thoughtful questions of his own to better understand how we can collaborate on my treatment, and treats me as an equal in my treatment planning. Some UW providers I have seen will talk down to their patients; I have never had that experience with Dr. Majd. He is happy to share knowledge, but in a non-condescending manner.
