Dr. Majd and his nurse both are amazing

Dr Majd is one of the best providers I have ever gone to. He's kind caring,personable, extremely knowledgeable, Intelligent and takes time to make sure you are heard and never dismisses you which is rare in today's healthcare.

I've been Going to Dr Majd for almost 3 years. I have total faith in the treatments he gives me. [...] His concern for my condition is wonderful. My faith in him is that of any other doctor I've ever had. He listens to everything I say and together as patient/doctor we are in sink. I intend to continue with him until my death or he retires. I carry his business cards in my wallet and when people ask me about him, I hand them a card. Eastern Medicine as Acupuncture is Definitely making its mark. And if for that I would be a shell of a woman.

Dr. Madj is the reason I have stayed with U of W medical. He has been careful to treat the symptoms but also explained what his treatment can do and the issues I would need to address. He took time, he was professional and above all his treatments have solved the issue. I would hope that more practitioners of his expertise become available because he is often booked out. His assistant is efficient and patient and remembers each person very well on revisits. I was expertly taken care of. I need to applaud the U of W for leading in this care provided by Dr Madj and his team.

Dr. Majd has consistently been respectful in my experience. Although I understand all providers have their ups and downs, from a patient experience, Dr. Majd has consistently arrived at my appointments on time; willing to listen to any new concerns or questions I may have, is able to enhance the conversation with thoughtful questions of his own to better understand how we can collaborate on my treatment, and treats me as an equal in my treatment planning. Some UW providers I have seen will talk down to their patients; I have never had that experience with Dr. Majd. He is happy to share knowledge, but in a non-condescending manner. I am very grateful that he is expanding acupuncture at UW.
