Dr. Chiang is a Clinical Assistant Professor at University of Washington. In addition to general cardiology, she is an expert in cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology. She joined Summit Cardiology fall 2017, a group of cardiovascular specialists known for their excellent care in both the clinic and hospital settings.
Dr. Chiang earned her bachelor’s degree from Rice University in Houston and her medical degree at University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at University of Texas Southwestern and her general cardiology and interventional cardiology training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
Clinical interests include preventative cardiology, women’s cardiovascular health, non-invasive cardiology techniques, interventional cardiology, and clinical research in interventional cardiology.
Research interests include research in radial arterial approaches in cardiac catheterization and complex coronary interventions.
In her personal time, Dr. Chiang enjoys traveling the world, movies and cooking
