Punctual, courteous and professional

Very patient and caring physician who actively includes patients in decision-making for how they want to be treated. Easy to talk with and doesn't make you feel rushed.

I felt so heard during this meeting. Dr Luoh took incredible care of me and came up with a plan to help me that I got a little emotional at the end. What a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Luoh took the time to answer all my questions and put my concerns at ease. He puts genuine time to listening to his patients and helping them.

Fantastic doctor who is efficient and thorough. I had concerns about how young he was, and concerns that I was bringing him a lot of issues that needed follow up care after moving in with my son, but the doctor quickly assessed everything and got all the right referrals.
