Hisham K. Tamimi, M.D. is a UW professor and has been with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology faculty since 1977 as a board certified specialist in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology.
Dr. Tamimi's clinical interests include all gynecologic oncology issues but particularly related to cervical, vaginal and vulvar cancer and HPV, ovarian cancer and gestational trophoblastic disease.
Dr. Tamimi believes the treatment of gynecologic malignancies should emphasize compassion and sensitivity to the needs of the individual and should recognize the dignity of all human lives. He enjoys comprehensive and contemporary care and treatment of women.
Dr. Tamimi enjoys travel and reading.
