Hilary Pentz, DPT, OCS, OMT, FAAOMPT, is a physical therapist with UW Medicine’s Advanced Manual Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation in Ballard. Hilary is board-certified in Orthopedics and completed residency and fellowship training programs in Manual Therapy.

Hilary has a diverse background which focuses on manual therapy, sports, prenatal/ postnatal treatment, and pelvic floor therapy. She treats men and women of all ages. She looks at the whole body to determine patterns and how they relate to each other. She believes in looking holistically about how the body interacts to find the root cause of one’s problem.

She was also a college athlete and specializes in sports injuries involving shoulders, knees, hips, ankles, and the spine.
