Heidi Turner, M.S., R.D.N., is the medical nutrition therapist at the Seattle Arthritis Clinic at Northwest Hospital.

Turner specializes in anti-inflammatory diets to help reduce symptoms of autoimmune conditions and inflammatory arthritis. She loves what she does and loves working in an environment that embraces the idea that nutrition is an important part of the treatment process. Her specialty is helping patients feel less pain and improve through making changes to the diet. 

Turner earned her M.S. from Bastyr University. She is an accredited Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a certified First Line Therapy practitioner. She is a member of both the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine.

Personal Interests

When decompressing, Turner loves to take walks along the Puget Sound, cook up meals for her appreciative family, give the cat a good brushing, read a good book and take in a yoga class.
