Heidi is a great listener. She got to know me. She offered helpful information, gave me more health information about diet, blood sugar, colonoscopy, genetics, tests needed. She later sent me more information with suggestions for referrals to genetics and a dietician. I think she was very thorough. I had the same ARNP for 35 years and a lot of history from all those years. It was a very comfortable visit and I like her as a provider.

She is resourceful, knowledgeable, and responds with treatment options, possible tests to probe the issue further, or referrals to other medical professionals. She tracks what I need to do next - shots, exams, doctor visits, etc. - in maintaining good health care. She's been wonderful in making sure I remain healthy.
