Harrison was a thoughtful listener and very gentle during our visit - this was important because I was visiting for pain in my shoulder and I felt safe/that I wasn't going to re-injure my arm.

The provider did an excellent job even though my concern was not something he was familiar with. Instead of dismissing my concern, he did research to understand the issue and provided competent and compassionate care throughout. I was very impressed by his willingness to admit to not knowing something and seeking out the knowledge. I hope more medical professionals adopt this style of patient care. I've seen 3 different UW providers this year and this was the best care that I have received by far.
