BiographyGeorge Schade, M.D., is a board certified urologist at UW Medical center and a UW assistant professor in Urology and adjunct assistant professor in the UW Center for Industrial and Medical Ultrasound and Applied Physics Lab.
Dr. Schade strives to provide high-quality compassionate care tailored to each patient's individual circumstances, while including each patient as an active member of the team.
Dr. Schade earned his M.D. from the the University of Chicago. He is a member of the American Urologic Association, Western Section of the American Urologic Association, Society of Urologic Oncology, International Society for Therapeutic Ultrasound and Alpha Omega Alpha. He is also a Urology Care Foundation Research Scholar. Dr. Schade specializes in urologic oncology. His primary research interest is in technology development aimed at improving urologic cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Personal InterestsOutside the office, Dr. Schade enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, baseball, hiking, good food and reading.
