About Gentry George Teng King
Dr. Gentry King is a medical oncologist who specializes in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancers.
Dr. King obtained his medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and completed his internal medicine residency training at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, where he served as chief resident. He completed his fellowship training in medical oncology and hematology at the University of Colorado, where he also served as chief fellow.
He is triple-boarded physician in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology. He believes in providing comprehensive, patient-centered quality care by working with a multidisciplinary team that always has the patient’s best interest at the center of the decision making process. He is also a clinical and translational researcher that hopes to bring new therapies to patients in need and while actively learning from their experiences as well.
Personal Interests
In his free time, Dr. King likes playing music (drums, guitars), hiking through nature, cooking, basketball and hanging out with his family.
