Dr Mak always provides excellent service and gives alternative treatment if I want to explore options

Doctor Mak is a wonderful physician and made my visit both informative and pleasant.

Dr. Mak is exceptional! She listened well, showed great care and compassion, she answered all of my questions and gave me hope that I might improve, if we give all of the meds time. She is very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that my injured brain understands, and gave me written instructions for home needs until my next follow up in 6 weeks. She took my acute illness and exacerbation very seriously. I left feeling heard, seen and supported. When I got worse 2 days after my appointment, my care team here wrote back immediately. I am absolutely thrilled that Dr. Mak and team has joined my care team!

I love seeing Dr. Mak. I never feel rushed and she takes the time to really listen to me. She wants to do whatever she can to help me. I would recommend Dr. Mak to anyone looking for a pulmonologist.

She ends the visit with "Do you have any questions". I had one, then another and then another! Had she not kept asking I don't think I would of been so comfortable asking about those issues that were in the back of my mind. She really does listen.
