There was a significant wait in the room but Dr. Mak spends quality time with her patients. So, the wait is not a problem. She's a great provider.

Dr. Mak and her staff are very kind, professional and attentive. I know there is a lot of pressure on Medical staff right now but they do a great job of not having that bleed into patient care. I always feel heard and respected on my visits to this clinic.

Dr. Mak is exceptional! She listened well, showed great care and compassion, she answered all of my questions and gave me hope that I might improve, if we give all of the meds time. She is very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that my injured brain understands, and gave me written instructions for home needs until my next follow up in 6 weeks. She took my acute illness and exacerbation very seriously. I left feeling heard, seen and supported. When I got worse 2 days after my appointment, my care team here wrote back immediately. I am absolutely thrilled that Dr. Mak and team has joined my care team!
