The Interstitial Lung Disease Center provided professional, compassionate, and exemplary care to me during my visits on [...]. From check-in to departure, my experiences were all positive and reassuring in dealing with all personnel. The check-in process was easy, fast and the front counter professionals were absolutely great. Nurse practitioners [...] and [...] were stellar and of course Dr. Raghu was world class explaining my current health status. A 5 star+ rating for all!

The UW ILD Clinic is outstanding! They always manage to schedule all of my necessary appointments, HRCT, PFT, RT, MD on the same day and in cooresponding timeslots, which is no easy feat given how busy the ILD clinic is. All of the technicians, nurses, and providers are friendly and helpful. Dr Raghu, the physician I saw at this appointment, is an outstanding specialist, terrific bedside manner, always explains the details, and asks if I understand. Always suggests a plan and asks if I agree with it. I highly recommend him to everyone I know in the pulmonary community. Given the funding climate, I will say, this is not a clinic you want to look at for reductions. They are already quite busy, burnout is real. Do not reduce any of this amazing team. They are amazing because they all work together well and need each other to uphold the excellent efficiencies that they deliver.

Dr. Ganessh Raghu is one of the best Dr. We have with my kind of lungs disease and I am very lucky to have have him as my Dr. And so is lot of other patients. His staff is one of the best.

This visit was not typical for my visits with Dr. Raghu in that it was scheduled impromptu because I had missed a scheduled visit in February I believe it was. In spite of that, they saw me in a timely fashion and went over our concerns, Dr. Raghu has always been there for me even when I wasn't the best patient.
