Frances Saenz, DNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a clinical background spanning emergency and trauma nursing, primary care, and surgical care. 

Denise takes a patient-centered, collaborative approach to care, prioritizing clear communication, education, and shared decision-making. She strives to ensure patients feel heard and supported while providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to their individual needs and goals. Denise specializes in the evaluation and management of anorectal conditions, including hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and other common anorectal concerns, and performs office-based procedures such as anoscopy and hemorrhoid banding. She also provides perioperative optimization and postoperative care for patients undergoing general and colorectal surgery.
