About Evan George
Evan George, M.D., is a board certified pathologist at UW Medical Center and a UW associate professor of Pathology.
Dr. George's area of special interest is skin pathology, but he also has expertise in general surgical pathology and cytopathology. He strives to carefully examine each tissue specimen and is always mindful of the role that pathologic diagnosis will play in each individual patient's medical care.
Dr. George earned his M.D from the UW. He is board certified by the American Board of Pathology in Dermatopathology, Cytopathology and Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. His clinical and research interests include microscopic examination of skin specimens for diagnostic purposes, immunohistochemistry, melanocytic lesions and ergonomics for microscope users.
Personal Interests
In his free time Dr. George enjoys watching football, sports memorabilia, edible gardening and lifelong learning.
