Five stars! Dr. Lai is truly exceptional. She actually listened to me-something I haven't experienced often in healthcare. She took the time to break down my entire chart, piece by piece, and helped me understand what diagnoses made sense and which medications were truly necessary. I felt like she saw the whole picture of my health and cared about creating a plan that worked for me. I left the appointment feeling heard, supported, and empowered in my care for the first time in a long time.
