BiographyErin Phillips, M.P.H., R.D.N., C.D.E., is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes educator who sees patients at multiple UW Neighborhood Clinic locations.
Phillips uses a weight-inclusive, all foods fit approach, and bases her nutrition counseling upon the evidence-based process of Intuitive Eating. She incorporates the many factors of health into nutrition therapy, including stress, physical movement, medical conditions, pain, discomfort, abilities and more. She sees her patients as the experts in themselves and their bodies, and enjoys partnering with them to help identify and meet their own health goals.
Personal InterestsIn her spare time, Phillips loves rock climbing, quilting, gardening, and showing everyone pictures of her cat.
