About Erin G Mistretta
Erin Mistretta, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist serving people with mental and behavioral health concerns related to chronic health conditions. Dr. Mistretta specializes in multiple sclerosis and chronic pain.
Dr. Mistretta incorporates holistic, evidence-based care, helping patients identify meaningful treatment goals to improve quality of life. She uses a variety of treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and self-management strategies.
Dr. Mistretta's clinical expertise includes pain and fatigue management, emotion regulation, coping with chronic health conditions and/or disability, multidisciplinary care, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Dr. Mistretta is an Acting Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington.
