Dr. Chen is a superb communicator. I also appreciate that he tries to find approaches that are non-invasive (surgical or needles) first.

I appreciated Dr. Chen being willing to adjust the injection angle by moving to the other side of my knee. It was much less painful.

Most importantly, Dr. Chen listened to my specific medical concerns. He was professional, friendly, accessible and extremely supportive and helpful. .
