BiographyEmily is a teaching associate working in Gynecologic Oncology. She joined the UW faculty in 2019. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s in nursing from Columbia University. She is a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
Emily’s clinical interests include full-scope gynecologic cancer care, cancer genetics, and integrative medicine. She is particularly interested in the intersection of the biological, social, and political determinants of health and enjoys working with patients in tailoring their care to their specific needs.
Emily believes in a multidisciplinary, team based approach to medicine. Her top priority is establishing a strong provider-patient relationship that encourages patients to actively participate in their care and ask questions.
Personal InterestsIn her spare time, Emily enjoys live music, outdoor adventures, hiking, running, and travel.
