Dr. Emily Grossniklaus is an internal medicine doctor and is currently a hospital medicine fellow at the UW School of Medicine.
Her clinical interests include caring for patients with a broad spectrum of complex medical illnesses, and she is particularly dedicated to incorporating patient’s perspectives into their care. She believes that listening to patient’s voices and experiences is essential to team-based care, as well as to maintaining a humanistic approach in medicine.
She is also passionate about medical education and intends to incorporate the clinical teaching of medical students and residents as the main aspect of her career.
In her free time, Dr. Grossniklaus is an avid hiker and backpacker, and loves to explore the mountains outside of Seattle.
