BiographyElliott Twiggs, M.D., is a board certified physician at the UW Neighborhood Woodinville Clinic and a UW instructor of Family Medicine. Dr. Twiggs seeks to develop trusting relationships with patients through excellent communication, which enables him to provide evidence-based, high-quality care focused on prevention and treatment of the whole person. While pursuing a healthy lifestyle for himself, he works collaboratively with patients to encourage them to do the same, based on their personal values and goals. He also seeks to provide mentoring opportunities to medical students. Dr. Twiggs earned his M.D. at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. His clinical interests include chronic disease, men's health, women's health, pediatrics, adolescent medicine, family planning, dermatology, sports medicine, circumcision and preventative medicine.
Personal InterestsIn his free time Dr. Twiggs enjoys spending time with his wife, performing magic, running marathons (he has completed 12), public speaking, creating balloon sculptures, racquetball, hiking, snowboarding, salsa dancing and traveling abroad.
