Patient Care Philosophy

At Eastside Specialty Center, we have brought together a great team that can examine you as an individual and work one on one with you to achieve your goals. As a practitioner here, I focus on understanding the individual and integrating that into their treatment to benefit the patient.

Physical Therapy has been expanding as a profession and is being utilized more for ever increasingly complex patients. What excites me most is the utilization of Pain Neuroscience education and graded exercise techniques for return to function with patients suffering from any injury with a focus on chronic pain. Patients have been highly successful with these techniques and the one on one with these patients is rewarding.

Personal Interests

I am extremely passionate about soccer, both playing and watching. I also love to bike, run, snowboard, ski, surf, hike, and snowshoe. If I can get the time I rock climb and wakeboard.
