I really appreciated how my provider asked how proactive I wanted to be in decisions like getting referrals for my concerns or trying medications. Things like deductibles and bias (because we're human and it happens) can influence those decisions, but when they're made in concert with communication such as happened in my visit, it helps both parties feel more confident about how things move forward.

Dr. Paesch is always an excellent listener to my medical needs and patient with me. She always provides me with the resources I need, and is empathetic to my personal concerns.
