Edward Weaver, M.D., M.P.H., is a board certified physician, UW Medicine’s chief of Sleep Surgery, co-director of the UW Medicine Sleep Center at Harborview and a UW professor of Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Weaver aims to treat patients the same way he would like to be treated as a patient, with compassion, care and expertise.

Dr. Weaver earned his M.D. at Yale and his M.P.H. at the UW. He is board certified in both Sleep Medicine and Otolaryngology. Along with surgically treating sleep apnea and snoring, Dr. Weaver conducts research on these conditions with a focus on clinical epidemiology and outcomes research.

In his free time Dr. Weaver enjoys spending time with family and friends, along with sports and theater.
