Diane Kathleen Fuller-Switzer, D.N.P., A.R.N.P. has been working as an emergency nurse practitioner for 16 years with adult and pediatric populations in the emergency department at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.

Fuller-Switzer received her B.S. in nursing from Washington State University in Pullman, WA. She obtained her D.N.P. and her A.R.N.P. from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. She is dually certified as a family and emergency nurse practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Corporation.

Fuller-Switzer's clinical interests include sepsis management in the emergency department, acute coronary syndrome, point of care ultrasound, disaster nursing and emergency care in low-resource settings.

Fuller-Switzer  believes in providing high-quality, evidence-based and patient-centered care, and enjoys empowering patients to be partners in their care and working with them to alter the modifiable risk factors for chronic disease. 

Personal Interests

Fuller-Switzer enjoys the outdoors and spending summers at her family cabin in Sandpoint, Idaho. She is an avid bicyclist, swimmer, hiker, skier, windsurfer and gardener.
