Dr David Evans is always a pleasure to see. He is very thurough with any questions or concerns I have, and open to my thoughts and ideas about treatment, meds, plans etc. A great doctor and relate really well with him.

About David V. Evans

David V. Evans, M.D. is a board-certified family physician offering a broad scope of services including prenatal care, obstetrics, pediatrics, and gastrointestinal endoscopy. He is the Family Medicine Program Director for UW Medicine. 

Dr. Evans enjoys caring for patients and families over a long period of time. This continuous relationship is a powerful tool for health and wellness. Candid communication, patient education, and mutual respect are important to this interaction. Dr. Evans is the recipient of multiple UW Medicine PRAISE awards.

Currently, Dr. Evans is only accepting new maternity patients. Providers who are not accepting new patients typically accept relatives of current patients.

Dr. Evans is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Director of the Rural/Underserved Opportunities Program.
