David Dale, M.D., is a board certified physician at the Internal Medicine Center at UWMC-Roosevelt, a UW Professor of General Internal Medicine and former dean of the UW School of Medicine.

Dr. Dale enjoys long-term relationships with patients. He encourages patients to become responsible for their own health and to see him as their advisor.

Dr. Dale earned his M.D. at Harvard. His research interests are focused on susceptibility to infections, neutropenia and regulation of hematopoiesis. His clinical interests include general internal medicine, disorders leading to susceptibility to infections, infectious diseases and hematological disorders and causes, consequences and treatment of neutropenia.

Personal Interests

In his free time Dr. Dale enjoys gardening, woodworking, sports and reading.
