Accepting new patients Make an Appointment

Daniel Lin, M.D., is a board certified urologist at the Urology Clinic at UW Medical Center and SCCA, chief of UW Urologic Oncology, the Pritt Family Endowed Chair in Prostate Cancer Research and a UW professor of Urology.

Dr. Lin specializes in genitourinary oncologic surgery. He considers educating a patient about his or her options for their cancer, about what to expect in the big picture, whether that’s about their surgery or after surgery, and their general well-being later, to be an important part of their care.

Dr. Lin earned his M.D. at Vanderbilt. His clinical and research interests include genitourinary oncology, early detection and prevention and basic research.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Dr. Lin enjoys being with his family at home, running with his wife for exercise, eating at his favorite local restaurant, catching sports games with his kids or just reading a good book.
