Claire Jenkins, M.D., is a board certified family medicine physician at the UW Neighborhood Shoreline Clinic and the Maternal Infant Center at UW Medical Center and a UW instructor of Family Medicine.

Dr. Jenkins offers full spectrum family medicine, preventive and prenatal care. She believes it is her job to listen, to teach and encourage her patients to help promote healing and health. She wants to provide treatment that makes sense to her patients. She finds caring for an entire family delightful.

Dr. Jenkins earned her M.D. at Wake Forest University, Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Personal Interests

Like many folks drawn to the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Jenkins enjoys being outdoors, biking with her children, gardening, skiing or taking pictures of the beauty that surrounds us. She is blessed to be the mother of twins plus one other daughter. Her family and faith are the anchors in her life.
