Before Dr. Isidro moved to Washington with her husband, she was a SoCal girl, born and raised in Los Angeles by her fun-loving Filipino family. She received her Bachelors of Science from the University of California, San Diego and her medical school degree from the Charles R. Drew/UCLA Program. For her wellness, she enjoys Olympic weightlifting and spending time with her hubby, daughter, and two pups. She has strong interests in outreach initiatives, mentorship, and medical education specifically helping students from minority and underserved backgrounds like her own achieve their dreams of a career in medicine.
