About Charles Hua
Dr. Charles Hua is board-certified in Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology. He applies his expertise to deliver precision care and enhance patient outcomes, consistently prioritizing the needs and well-being of his patients.
Dr. Hua is an expert in the transradial technique, employing wrist access for a variety of oncology interventions, including uterine embolization for fibroids and prostate embolization for benign prostatic hyperplasia. His clinical interests include cutting-edge minimally invasive treatments for liver and kidney tumors, ablative therapies for tumors in soft tissues and extremities, and advanced treatments for acute and chronic deep vein thrombosis and portal venous interventions related to portal hypertension.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Hua is deeply committed to teaching and mentoring the next generation of interventional radiologists. He is also an Assistant Professor in the Interventional Radiology Section at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
