Dr. Colip is a neuroradiologist who provides diagnostic imaging and procedure services at the University of Washington Medical Center campuses and Harborview Medical Center. His academic interests and research focuses include spine, head and neck, cerebrovascular and brain tumor imaging using various CT and MRI techniques.
He grew up in West Linn, Oregon and earned a bachelor's degree in human physiology and anatomy at the University of Oregon. He graduated from Temple University School of Medicine as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. After completing his diagnostic radiology residency at Boston University Medical Center, he returned to the Pacific Northwest for a 2-year fellowship in neuroradiology at the University of Washington.
Dr. Colip values personal interaction with patients and colleagues and strives to maximize the utility of diagnostic reporting to referring clinicians for optimal patient care. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, hiking, fishing and computers.
