Catherine M. Braden, D.P.T., is a Physical Therapist specializing in sports medicine rehabilitation, provides care to runners, cyclists, climbers, skiers, and pregnant and post-partum athletes. She's board-certified by the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. And she's a RRCA Certified Running Coach and BikePT-trained bike fitter.
Braden earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from Linfield College and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota. She interned at the University Orthopaedics Therapy Center in Minneapolis and practiced at The Institute for Athletic Medicine - University Village. She joined the Sports Medicine Center at Husky Stadium in 2016.
Her clinical interests include injuries from alpine skiing, cycling, climbing and running, the female athlete, return to sport, and knee, hip, ankle and ACL rehabilitation.
Braden loves working with athletes and helping patients be their most healthy, active selves.
Braden grew up in Idaho as did her love for the outdoors. Her outdoor adventures include climbing, skiing, triathlon, cycling, photography and travel.
