Brooke Erickson, MS, CN, is the clinical nutritionist at The Seattle Arthritis Clinic, located at the Northwest Outpatient Medical Center. Brooke uses an evidence-based functional nutrition approach, which uses food as medicine to address clinical imbalances in the body that can be the underlying cause of dis-ease. She specializes in anti-inflammatory diets and gut health both of which play an important role in reducing the symptoms of autoimmune conditions and inflammatory arthritis. Her passion is to help patients feel their best by creating an individualized nutrition and lifestyle plan to help them feel less discomfort and to improve their overall wellness. She wholeheartedly believes that you hold the key to your health.
Brooke earned her BS in Nutrition from Bastyr University and her MS in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. She is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine.
In her leisure time, Brooke loves to be on/near the water, play beach volleyball, snowboard, travel, try new restaurants, go to concerts/music festivals, and spend quality time with friends and family.
