Dr. Farley was very attentive and engaging, listened closely to my concerns and asked for clarity to ensure that her feedback and suggestions made sense for my circumstances. I felt very heard and safe to vocalize my thoughts during the appointment and by the end I was walking out feeling confident about the treatment plan we discussed for me. I'm not quite sure I caught her name correctly but Dr. [...], I believe?, Dr. Farley's supervisor, also made me feel confident and reassured and I felt lucky to have been able to meet them. Dr. Farley was excellent. She was understanding, compassionate, and kept the information clear and easy to understand.

The physician showed me lots of compassion, listened closely, and took care and time to explain all options for me to be informed.

They answered all of my questions, took my requests seriously, and informed me about what was happening during each phase of the procedure. This made what could have been a distressing experience into a very positive one.
