Brenna Hayes, M.S. is a genetic counselor at the Yakima prenatal clinic. She provides genetic counseling for pregnant women and their families discussing prenatal testing options, risk factors, and abnormal results.
Hayes earned her bachelor degree from Drury University located in Springfield, MO before pursuing her master's degree in genetic counseling from the University of Oklahoma. She provides genetic counseling in a variety of specialties including prenatal, pediatric, cancer, and general adult genetics.
Hayes became a Certified Genetic Counselor and a Washington State Licensed Genetic Counselor in 2015. She strives to create an environment where families feel comfortable making the best decision for themselves regarding their current or future pregnancy. She works to provide families with all the knowledge necessary to make these sometimes difficult decisions.
Hayes enjoys snowboarding, hiking, camping, scuba diving and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
