Bettina Paek, MD, is a board-certified maternal fetal medicine physician who specializes in fetal diagnosis and maternal fetal surgery. Dr. Paek strives to forge a strong alliance with families in providing cutting-edge specialized care with a wholistic approach. Her number one goal is to empower families in their medical decision making and feel supported and cared for on their journey to parenthood.
Dr. Paek's clinical expertise includes complex identical (monochorionic) twin pregnancies, including twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, twin anemia polycythemia sequence and selective growth restriction. In addition, she specializes in the diagnosis of fetal conditions that may require treatment or surgery during the pregnancy, or soon after, such as myelomeningocele or congenital diaphragmatic hernia. She is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Washington.
